About the Department | The University Controller's Office is a department under the Division of Finance. The office has business units covering the following areas; Cash Management, Banking, and Merchant services; General Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Taxation; Accounts Payable; Business Systems; Payroll and Debt Management. Essential Job Duties | The Check Processor/Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for campus partners with external vendors for the Controller's Office. In this role, you will manage various aspects of financial transactions within the university, including communicating invoice payment statuses, distributing university checks, and addressing inquiries from both campus and external vendors. Other Responsibilities | Other duties as assigned. Must be able to assist campus personnel with check and invoice inquiry. Must be able to work in a high volume environment and have the ability to prioritize work assignments. |
Minimum Experience/Education | High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of experience in accounting work; or equivalent combination of training and experience. |
