Individual will be responsible for 80 properties a week ensuring agreements are met.

Creating a schedule for properties and overseeing crew with projects such as maintaining grounds of property using weed eaters, edger’s, blowers, gas pruners, grandstand mowers, pistol grip walk behind, and doing so with a time constraint. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, raking, trimming, planting, watering, and fertilizing.
