Work Schedule | 8:00am-5:00pm; Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required in conjunction with event schedules. |
Primary Purpose of Position | Perform repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on equipment and facility components as needed. Follow the Preventative Maintenance Program and complete Work Requests with campus facility management to ensure that components of the facility and equipment are given the maximum life expectancy. Manage and complete setup and strike for athletic events. Manage athletic department waste and recycling program. Assist with campus facility software programs (e.g., access control, HVAC, ARCHIBUS, etc.). Assist with playing field surface preparation, which may include (but is not limited to) Field lining, field maintenance, and field repair. |
Minimum Education/Experience |
Required Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school or equivalent. Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position's role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. University Preferred Qualifications: Graduation from high school or equivalent and two years experience. Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position's role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. |
