Essential Functions
- Ensures the implementation and profitability of all customer or internally funded major projects or programs.
- Reviews proposals for new business to determine acceptability of terms and condition.
- Develops team by mentoring, coaching, and empowering. Advocates continuous learning. Provides ongoing opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Analyzes and evaluates contract provisions to identify potential business risks.
Required
- B.S. in Engineering or Business Management.
- 8-10 years progressive project management experience required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US, visa sponsorship not available.
- Must be able to work on U.S. government programs and/or obtain security clearance in the future.
Preferred
- MS or MBA.
- Experience with complex electronic systems or equivalent, aerospace and defense experience.
- DOD Program Management/EVM experience preferred
- Certification as a Program Management Professional (PMP).
- At least 5-7 years’ experience with US government contracting.
