Job Description
Position Purpose 
To collaborate with the Planning + Design team as well as other market sectors within the firm to produce creative and innovative design solutions related to a wide variety of projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, institutional and healthcare.   



Essential Functions + Responsibilities
  • Work with design team to develop concept sketches and land plans for a wide variety of project types, including:  Due diligence research, site analysis, GIS mapping, master planning, preparation of planning documents, preparation of graphics, presentations to elected and advisory officials

Candidates should provide work samples / portfolio electronically when submitting their resume.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Planning or related field from an accredited program
  • 2 - 4 years of land planning experience
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with project team and manager
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills
  • Be committed to team success as well as personal career growth
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferences
  • RLA licensure or progress toward licensure
